The main responsibilities of this Role are:
- Communication and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business
- Complin with problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues
- Adhere SAMA laws and regulation.
- Adhere to Tameed QM System.
- Contribute in close any regulatory gaps within the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Business and Administration, any related filed
- 0-1 years experience.
- Experience in customer relations
- Experience in finance filed
- Must be fluent English.
