Responding to inquiries and handling complaints by providing appropriate solutions via phone, email, live chat.
Listening to customer concerns patiently, resolving issues efficiently and professionally and escalating problems to the appropriate departments when necessary
Updating customer information in the system.
Preparing relevant reports and sharing it with higher management.
