- Build and maintain investor trust by delivering excellent customer service and providing accurate and transparent information at all times.
- Improve of the overall investor experience by continuously learning about challenges and finding the best possible ways towards growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Responding to inquiries and handling complaints by providing appropriate solutions.
- Assessing the financial suitability of investors when needed.
- Implementation of customer due diligence procedures “KYC”.
- Implementation of Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
- Preparing relevant reports and sharing it with higher management.
