The Main Responsibilities of this Role are:
- Assist clients in their loan applications.
- Ensure that client’s application in line with company policies and procedures.
- Process client’s applications internally with other departments.
- Increase clients base through cold calling and attending events.
- Adhere SAMA laws and regulation.
- Adhere to Tameed QM System.
- Close any regulatory gaps within the department.
- Close any action Items on QM system
Requirements
- Bachelor in Business and Administration, finance or any related filed
- Credit Adviser Professional certificate
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- 0 - 1 year (Fresh graduate)
- Experience in customer relations Preferred
- Experience in finance filed Preferred
- Must be fluent in Arabic.
- Must be fluent English.
- Must be Saudi National
